Players take on the role of Aletris, a moth that struggles with social situations and leaving their home due to the anxiety that they feel.
The players will meet other insects through their travels and interact with people using dialogue choices, each choice will affect your anxiety level, the aim is to try to keep your anxiety level low. Players can also collect collectables and help friends to lower their anxiety levels while platforming through a wonderfully hand-created environment.

We added this to the list due to it being so relatable to some of our own experiences with anxiety; Social Moth manages to convey that feeling in such a compassionate way and really focuses on educating those who don’t experience anxiety in how it might feel.
