By asking questions such as when you last ate, if you’re hydrated, or well rested, it can give you some handy tips on making sure you are equipped to take better care of yourself. The website has a very empathic tone when it delivers the information to help you make sure you’ve achieved your daily needs as a person both physically and mentally.

You Feel Like Shit Self Care created by both Jace Harr and Amanda Miklik is a fantastic little website that in their words “is designed to help you help yourself through your shitty times.” While in the disclaimer they state they aren’t professionals and this website should not replace you going to see a doctor or seeking help it is a good thing to use between to make sure you are taking care of yourself.
