“The charity’s role has been more important than ever this past year as the industry continues to navigate difficult times, and I am genuinely pleased that we have been able to provide direct support to many affected during this time. It has been yet another year of extraordinary achievement and growth for the charity and we have redoubled our efforts in offering essential mental health support, training, and resources to those in need. I also want to extend my sincere thanks for the contributions and collaboration throughout the sector, without which our life-saving work would not be possible.”

5 for 5

At Safe In Our World, we create and share mental health resources regularly to help educate, inform and support people in the games industry and wider games community. Getting the word out to gamers who may need that support is crucial, which is why the 5 for 5 campaign was created. This year, we’ve teamed up with 5 games to promote in-game activity this October, to spread awareness of Safe In Our World and our life-saving resources.

The games featuring Safe In Our World themed activations are RuneScape, Pokémon GO, Peridot, Southfield and Gori: Cuddly Carnage!
