Patrick is a Discovery Scout currently working at Playstack.
His introduction to the games industry was working as a freelance journalist with a focus on Japan-only titles and indie developer interviews. He is a strong advocate for the power of video games as a medium and their ability to positively impact our mental health. When not talking to developers about their upcoming projects he can usually be found playing PS1-era JRPGs.
