Sahar Mirhadi
Sahar is a doctoral researcher at the University of York and part of the EPSRC Centre for Doctoral Training in Intelligent Games and Game Intelligence (iGGi).
She is currently exploring when and how digital gaming can be a valuable tool for individuals dealing with challenging life experiences such as grief, job loss, and mental health struggles as a means of coping and deriving meaning from their experiences through gameplay. In addition to her academic pursuits, Sahar is a Magic: The Gathering enthusiast, creator of the Legacy Gambit Youtube channel and member of the European Legacy Masters event series.
