Em, or Flop, has a fierce passion for game dev mental health, supporting content creators, and spreading positivity across the games industry! As an experienced community manager, they seek to create safe spaces for neurodivergent gamers, and reduce toxicity in games.
Em streams and creates content with the goal of opening up honest discussions about autism, ADHD and anxiety. Their first love is fundraising, building engaging campaigns to inspire gamers and share their adventures.
