Hayley Blundy joined the games industry in 2018, bringing a mix of experience from hospitality, retail, banking, healthcare, and even property! A natural empath and full of energy, she’s now the self-titled ‘Studio Mum’ at FuturLab. As Studio Welfare Manager, Hayley loves making sure the team feels safe, supported, and happy. Over the past few years, she’s been busy creating a wellbeing strategy, leading campaigns, and organizing events to bring everyone together. When she’s not at work, Hayley is a street dance teacher, a mum of two, and a big fan of fashion, weightlifting, and live music.
