Having experienced depression and burnout firsthand in the games industry, Lucy is an advocate for getting people to open up about their mental health struggles in order to get the support they need whilst aiding to remove the stigma surrounding it.
“The more we have open and frank discussions about the many facets of mental health, the less it becomes this big, scary unknown. Businesses in particular need to show up for their employees by providing access to mental health services and having appropriate HR resources.
