Virginia Casagrande
Virginia Casagrande is a certified translator by the American Translators’ Association, specializing in video game localization and transcreation (aka, adapting marketing copies). She learned English playing The Curse of Monkey Island and was fully immersed in the world of Middle Earth during her teenage years. She believes fostering a direct relationship between devs and localizers could be a healthy and beneficial practice to improve mental health within the video game community. Outside of work, Virginia enjoys off-screen time doing yoga, boxing and spending time in nature.
