Douglas Barboza
Douglas is a psychologist with an MBA in Human Resources Management. With 8 years of organizational experience and 3 as a clinical psychologist, working in schools, hospitals and the prison system, he recently started being involved in social programs to develop young talents from communities and favelas from Rio de Janeiro. One of his main beliefs is that games as an form of art are capable of changing lives, getting people together and helping transform society.
